Return Policy: Short & Sweet
- New and unused products can be returned within 30 days for store credit
- Return shipping is on you.
- Used items (unless faulty) and shipping fees aren’t refundable.
- If your order’s damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll make it right!
Our Return Process Explained
We accept returns for new/unused products. Please include a note with your return containing your name, order number, address, and reason for the return. This helps us process your return quickly. You can use the packing slip to provide us account information too!

*VERY IMPORTANT* Make sure to package the products safely and securely in the same box we shipped them to you. If the products arrive chipped, broken, or leaking, we will be unable to provide the full value.
Please note:
· Items can only be returned if within 30 days of receiving the products. We will not accept any returns outside of this.
· Any authorized refunds will be in the form of store credit to your account only.
· Any items that are returned to us that have been used will not be refunded.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have purchased a kit, please be aware that we will only accept a return of the entirety of the kit and not parts of this. Should you wish to keep certain parts of a kit, you will need to return the full kit and then re-purchase these items separately.
We will reach out as soon as we've received and confirmed the items condition, along with the store credit amount and how to access it in our account.
