How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
- Go to the TGB website
- Click on the "Log in" button and enter your account credentials
Step 2: Access Your Account and Order History
- Once logged in, click on the box that says "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" to view your recent orders
Step 3: Find Your Order
- Locate the order you want to track
- Click the "VIEW ORDER" button next to that order
Step 4: View Tracking Number
- After clicking "VIEW ORDER," you’ll be taken to a page with the order details.
- Here, you will find the tracking number and shipping information for your order
- If your order status is "Shipped," the tracking number will be available in the order details.
TIP: If your order is shipped via FedEx, the tracking number will start with a 2 If your order ships via USPS, the tracking number will start with a 9
Step 5: Copy/Paste Tracking Number in Google Search
- Copy and Paste the tracking number in google, and it will automatically identify the carrier and give you a link to track
