How to Track Your Order


Step 1: Log in to Your Account 

  • Go to the TGB website
  • Click on the "Log in" button and enter your account credentials


Step 2: Access Your Account and Order History 

  • Once logged in, click on the box that says "My Account" 
  • Click on "My Orders" to view your recent orders


Step 3: Find Your Order

  • Locate the order you want to track
  • Click the "VIEW ORDER" button next to that order


Step 4: View Tracking Number

  • After clicking "VIEW ORDER," you’ll be taken to a page with the order details.
  • Here, you will find the tracking number and shipping information for your order
  • If your order status is "Shipped," the tracking number will be available in the order details.



TIP: If your order is shipped via FedEx, the tracking number will start with a 2 
If your order ships via USPS, the tracking number will start with a 9 


Step 5: Copy/Paste Tracking Number in Google Search 

  • Copy and Paste the tracking number in google, and it will automatically identify the carrier and give you a link to track
