Are Any Products Covered Under Warranty?

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality products, we offer a warranty period of one year for our electronic equipment.  

 

The warranty period for products is one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or any functional issues that affect the normal operation of the product (unless excluded in accordance with this warranty policy).  

 

The warranty does not cover the following:  

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, neglect of the product, failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance.  
  • Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.  
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.  
  • Damages caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control.  

 

If you experience any problems with your electronic devices during the warranty period, please follow these steps:  

  • Provide purchase date or Order Number for purchase  
  • Provide a photo of the serial number 
  • Send a short video showing the issue in real time. 


Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve any issues you may encounter with our products. One we confirm the product is under the warranty period, we will send a replacement. We will also send you a return label so you can return the damaged item if applicable.
